The Roleplaying Exchange Podcast

After a nearly disastrous house party and deciding who to support in the war in the last session, the crew runs through their first set of vignettes and comes up with code names for their new allies. Choices lead to callbacks, stress checks, and war crimes.

Everyday Heroes is a modern-day ttrpg inspired by d20 Modern and updated for 5th edition.  It offers players the chase to take part in cinematic adventures with car chases, gun play, and computer hacking.  In today’s Rollup we’re going through the character creation process in Everyday Heroes.

So begins Session Zero of our war rules playtest campaign of Red Markets. Custom spots, new rules, and bad jokes abound. Which side will we support? Will we work toward retirement or war assets? Set in Hatch/Hutchinson, Kansas in an old salt mine. Listen in as our players set up their surroundings and decide what their salty taker crew will look like. 

Delta Green is a roleplaying game that explores horror and conspiracies surrounding the Cthulhu mythos.  Set in the modern day, players take on the role of agents working for a secret government agency called Delta Green, trying to beat back the downfall of humanity.

In this episode of RPX Rollup we go through the character creation process, initiating new recruits in the dark conspiracy that threatens to unfold the fabric of reality.

As dawn breaks across the city of Eversink, a group of adventurers sit gathered in their favorite tavern. The calm is soon interrupted when the proprietor approaches them carrying a sheet-wrapped figure. As he lifts the sheet up, the adventurers are struck silent, where a face should be is only a blank space with two slits for a nose. “She needs help” urges the proprietor.
